No shipping is offered. All items must be picked up from our South Austin warehouse, about 20 minutes south of downtown, within one week of purchase. We will email you when your items are ready for pickup, usually within 1-2 business days of purchase.

We offer 2 pickup days each week during business hours only + no pickups are available on the weekend.

All sales are considered final and no refunds will be issued. You are purchasing items that have been previously loved, so normal wear + tear is to be expected. Any more notable damage is mentioned in the individual product listing.
